Simmons-Rockwell in Horseheads has been the best auto service business I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is top notch as they are inviting and explain things to me so that I can understand my vehicle. Being a multi-vehicle owner, I take my Mitsubishi Outlander and Subaru Ascent to S-R for inspections, oil change service, and will take them there whenever repairs might be needed. I feel as if they "take care of me" by providing great service for my vehicles.

Our sales person Josh Sindoni was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when we ordered a new Subaru WRX earlier this year. He did an amazing job showing and explaining to us all the options/features available when we ordered to ensure the vehicle truly fit all of our needs. While we were waiting for the vehicle to come in, Josh made sure he checked in to keep us updated on where the manufacturer was in the process of building our new Subaru and also when there was a slight delay. Buying a new car at Simmons Rockwell Subaru couldn’t have been better. I saw a vehicle on their website, scheduled a test drive that morning, and had it purchased and at my home by the afternoon. That is because the car sold itself. It’s amazing. All of the safety features and technology is what first appealed to me, but as soon as I sat in it and drove it, that was all it took. It also had a fantastic sticker price! Subaru’s customer service is exceptional, and the staff at S-R were wonderful. Everyone I dealt with, from sales, to finance, to follow-up and parts was very friendly and helpful (Shawn, Shawn, Anthony, Dieter, and Eric). I love my new Subaru so much! I would absolutely buy another Subaru and recommend this S-R dealership. I look forward to continuing my car’s future service needs there.
It's not often that I recieve such remarkable service experience like I do here so I thought it was worth it to point it out. I genuinely appreciate the friendliness and straight forward communication that I recieved from Stacy and Todd regarding the progress of the work being done. They also also provided me with a loaner vehicle, 2025 forester which was a joy to drive and allowed me to carry on with my routine with out complication. The service technicians did and always do a top notch job on my car. I definitely trust their efforts in handling it. They also keep good records of my cars service history and all points inspection. In summary, Simmons and Rockwell exceeded my expectations for exceptional service.
